About Cobra's Hobbie

Well first of all I make this post to let you know
what Cobra (ex-69, ex-SH) does in his little time off.

It's not news for him is difficult to follow the rules of someone
and I think there came the idea of creating his own clan.
Which I thought was good and since I commented what I found
good idea, and even compliments.

But with every passing day, and the few weeks you
making his clan, has become ambitious, and it's time
uncover the circus that has mounted, remove the mask of hypocrisy
which has put me and you all of swat friends.

You think I would not notice? or that we are idiots or what?
Going around recruiting people for our clan, sending your forum
photic showing them having a conversation trying to convince them
leave your current guild to join your circus, And offer SuperAdmin,
we must see that you are so little honest and you fall so low.

I do not think you know the meaning of a CLAN!
Anda leaving your Farzan and your hearsay.

Think a clan is formed in two days ?
and believe that the things you do not remunerated.

Things fall under its own weight.

Also, learn to play! and you know because I say?
Because you're a mommy, if not play with ping 25-70
and in an European server, you do not dare to play a war
with our Latins ping of 150-200, pufff.!

And not even so your European ping your server
you beat our Latino ping 220.

You shame us!
You sick us!

Bueno primero que nada hago este post para dejar saber
lo que cobra (ex-69 , ex-SH) hace en su tiempito libre.

No es novedad que le es dificil seguir las reglas de alguien,
y de alli creo que surgio la idea de crear su propio clan.
Lo cual me parecio bien y desde que me lo comento me parecio
buena idea, e incluso lo felicite.

Pero con el pasar de los dias, y las pocas semanas que tiene
haciendo su clan, se ha vuelto abaricioso, y pues ha llegado la hora
destapar el circo que tiene montado, de quitarle la mascara de hipocrecia
que tiene puesta conmigo y con todos ustedes del swat.

Tu crees que no me daria cuenta? o que somos idiotas o que ?
Andas reclutando gente de nuestro clan, enviandoles tu foro
mostrandoles foticos, teniendo una charla tratando de convencerlos de que
dejen su clan actual para unirse a tu circo, les ofreces SuperAdmin,
hay que ver que eres tan poco honesto y que caes tan bajo.

No creo que sepas el significado de un CLAN!!
Anda dejando tus farzas y tu habladurias.

Crees que un clan se forma en dos dias
y crees que las cosas que haces no se retribuyen.

Las cosas caen por su propio peso.

Ademas, aprende a jugar!! y sabes porque lo digo?
Porque eres una mamita, que si no juega con 25-70 de ping no juegas
y tampoco si no es un servidor europeo, no te atreves a jugar una war
con nuestros latinos con ping de 150, pufff.!!

Y nisiquiera asi con tu ping Europeo en tu server
le has ganado a nuestros latinos con ping de 220.

If any one wanna to join difrent Clan.

It is his decidion.

Maybe it is true that i am talking with many good players about join my clan.

But i had never said to any one to promise something like SA... I was showing only way to

choose.

I am choosing people who like playing in swat with good pings at European server,

Who are pro players,

And no problematic persons....

And Jack, about wars...

When people who play wars with more than 150 pings if they win they have more

lucky...than showing any skills

Jack sry about that ur members wanna to join my clan... But this is their decidion...

That Gideon choose my Clan. It was bigger suprise to me than to You Jack...

As You see Gideon is Admin at my clan...

I have no super admins rank yet set on my clan...

Difrent countries, difrent pings...

To play with difrent ping You have to learn it how to play...

When i am now playing all time with ping lower than 60 all time You wanna to play war

with ping 140-160...

Yea and not the only....He recruit Gemsped while was in Alpha,with 4fun while was in Gsi,with r2d2 from Sh and he try hardly to take leader from SH.....!S wont be for much time With a leader like him. He was kicked from almost all clans where he was been, he had conflicts in all clans .....obssesed by points , abusing of power and good lies are his skills, nothing more. I hope all se this topic made it by 69 is more than usefull it show the truth. Stealing Members and lying people wont bring winnings to !S....just Shame and Disappointment

R2d2 , wasn't in SH... He just put there application special for me when I was there... When

i leave clan at saturday morning and tell him that i am doing that he say that he is comming

with me...

4 Fun is good old friend too, and he write that GSI allmost dead clan...

And About Leader tolomei from SH, i knew that he don't wanna to come with me when I

leave SH. Because he like them and he do many things just for SH...

And Never Any clan wanna to KICK ME!!

We have difrent idea for creating clan communicity

I create clan to have best pro players in my clan ,

To win wars vs difrent Clan

On 2 place is friendship,

In my clan i have only 2 players who are still learning to become better.

I will take from all S.W.A.T. all best players who are not problematic to my clan...

I will don't take nabs and try to learn them...

I play in swat for fun... But For me fun is owning others and improving that i have train

enought much to show others that i am BETTER...

Any Clan if wanna to have war vs my clan . I am waiting....

I would like make straight the things which was said about Saint's Hell clan and Leadership decisions about Cobra.

Saint's Hell leadership didn't kicked Cobra out from clan, it was his own decision.

About R2D2 - Cobra convinced him to join our clan. After i R2D2 made application i got signal that he won't be able to join our clan because he is gonna join Immortals Swat clan. His application was rejected.

cobra, as ambitious as you are to recruit and form a clan of very powerful and famed players, you went about this in the worst possible way...

even if you do manage to recruit the best players from every clan in TSS, that will not last long... there has to be a balance of power and attitude within each clan.with you going around trying to recruit everyone, there will only be 1 result, they will join and decide to leave JUST LIKE YOU...

all i will say is good luck with the clan cuz you are going to need it...

just cuz a clan looks like its dying, doesnt mean it gives you the right to take their clan members, and for your information cobra, kgb, sh, gsi, 69 and sky all have met the close end of a dead clan multiple times through out the course of a short year, yet none of them died. these clans and many others have alrdy established a solid foundation in the TSS community.

think of it this way, wat fun would your clan members have if they are not allowed to play in any other servers just cuz they are wearing your clan tag? sure you can say you have many servers but we would like to see how long that last.

my word of advice cobra, stop now while these clans havent taken any actions towards you and your clan. i personally guarantee you, if you continue, these clans will unite together and start taking some serious measures towards you and your clan members.

Yea but the thing is that its just not a game. A clan is like a family or at least it should be where the points are not the most important things. U meet people from all over the world and I have met great friends in the clan.

Sure we cant make a person to stay in the clan but a leader of a clan can have more effect on people than u think and try to convince them to leave the clan for another and in mine opinion thats its not cool.

Its no problem if the player doesnt like it in the clan and wants to leave but other than that I think its not ok.

One other note, just to clarify...

Cobra was not really kicked from the clan. He was removed because he was inactive for too long. I don't think saying he was kicked is fair unless it is pointed out why.

I just read what tolomei write at his website...

Of course its only ironic caricature of posts we read around. Truth is little different.

Image presented above is good example of thoughts appearing in peoples minds when their member leaves clan. But 1 thing needs to be corrected here - there is no steal at all. Our members are not a things, which someone can catch and run away with it. From always people used to look for guilt in other people first. Then, as last, they ask their selves, if they did everything what they could, to prevent situation that happened.

Everything what is happening in clan is merit or fault of leadership running this clan. There is action and reaction. Nothing happens without reason. There was no violence and rape. There was no forcing anyone to act some specific way. Unfortunately nobody is guilty except leadership left alone.
To understand it better, we should get back to begin.

Every member who joins clan, comes in there with some base attitude. Its his first impression, first doubts and concerns, but also hope. Big hope that this is place where he will be happy. This is very important to find and look into this attitude, because from now - we will work on it to make it better and better. Motivation, delegating responsibility, permissions management, rewards and punishments, interest rate - this all and surely more, decides about final attitude of our member. Our work is to grow it up and up. Not to fast but still strongly. Now, if final attitude is higher than base attitude - you can be sure that member will be loyal, because he is happy in your clan. Things like from quote at begin are happens when our member is not attached enough to stay with us forever. When hope generated by other clan is higher than satisfaction generated by old one.

Its not worth to worry about things we have no influence on. Instead of that we should think how to act in existing, present situation and how to prevent them in future."

in sky he was removed in recruting time..he didin t follow the rules (sapwm capming)...and tolomei...he wasent his own deciosion...he was almost forced leave...sh loose 2 memb cuz of him...and and if cobra still stayed...kryus wanted leave and i think others 2 too.it was pull vote

Style... You should know that when im saying something - i know what im saying.

Cobra made official post at Saint's Hell forum that he leaves our clan. Only SH Leadership is able to force SH Members to leave clan. Leadership didn't ever forced Cobra to leave Saint's Hell clan. Decision about leaving was Cobra's own decision.

Im not permitted to talk about Cobra's leaving reasons - if you want to know them - ask himself.

Such a problematic person soon or late causing problems
would be consider to remove him from any clan, but he knows when to leave! ;)

I was thinking about it too more than once!, but i was weak and didnt, again! he knows when to go!
